Conference and Event Services Office

Responsible for all scheduling and usage of the facilities of the campus. If your student organization needs to reserve space, you must first get approval from the Assistant Dean and Director of Student Activities, and submit a completed reservation form to Linda Shusta, the Reservations Assistant. First Floor of the Student Center:

  • Exhibit Area: 150-200 people
  • Full Auditorium: 200 people
  • North Auditorium:75-100 people
  • South Auditorium:75-100 people
  • Blue Lounge: 250+ people
  • One Lancer Place: 40-60 people

Second Floor of the Student Center:

  • C-202: 15 people
  • C-204: 25-35 people

Third Floor of the Student Center:

  • Foster Room: 50-75 people
  • Fallon Room: 40-45 people

Note: It is best to plan meetings at least one month in advance and all regular scheduled meetings for student groups and organizations need to be approved by the Assistant Dean and Director of Student Activities.
