Commuter Services

Commuter Services is committed to helping you have a successful experience at WSC.

We help you feel connected to the College, supported, and informed even though you may live off campus. Our primarily goal is to help ease your anxieties and get you connected to the campus. Our programs and services provide you with an opportunity to:

 

*Meet other students like yourself

*Be informed of campus events

*Make a connection with WSC students, faculty and staff

*Study and/or relax in between classes

First and foremost, we want you to feel like you "belong". We provide the following:

·        *Help you to use the Student Center as your "home away from home."

·     *Provide quiet and comfortable study areas in the Student Center.

·     *Provide four 48” plasma televisions with cable and free pay-per-view in the Living Room.

·     *Provide you with free access to a microwave and refrigerator in the Living Room.

Commuter Services is located in the Living Room on the 2nd floor of the Student Center. All students are encouraged to become members and share their ideas.

All students living off campus or considering living off campus and all that it entails. Also, any student or member of our WSC community who is seeking information about off-campus housing opportunities, on-campus activities, or those looking to get involved in student activities.

Commuter Advisory Board (CAB)

The Commuter Advisory Board is a student run special interest group developed to focus its attention on commuter students and encourage them to become involved at Worcester State College

CAB plans children's events including movies, a Halloween party, puppet shows, and also trips, pool tournaments, and outdoor activities.

Living Room

If you are looking for a place to hang out and meet other students the Living Room is the place to go! Not only does it constantly have people utilizing its space but it also has some additional perks.
