Item Released 1/22/07 SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE Reading Scholarships: Every year the Reading Scholarship Foundation awards almost $150,000 of need-based scholarships to deserving students from Reading, MA. Any Reading resident who is currently enrolled as a college freshman, sophomore, or junior and who will be enrolled full-time next year is eligible to apply. The application and additional information is available at www.ci.reading.ma.us/rsform.pdf. The deadline to apply is March 11, 2007. Scholarship Opportunity: The online application for the 2007-2008 academic year is now available through January 31. Scholarships for the 2006-2007 academic year have already been awarded. Any outstanding student who is currently attending an eligible Datatel client site (WSC is a client site) is encouraged to apply for at least one of the four different scholarship opportunities through the Datatel Scholars Foundation. Both full- and part-time students (at least six credit hours/term) are welcome to apply only if you are planning to attend during the academic year specified.
