UNDERGRADUATE ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIP
APPLICATIONS DUE APRIL 1
The deadline to apply for 2008-2009 academic scholarships is almost here.
The last day undergraduates may submit scholarship applications to the
Financial Aid Office is
Tuesday, April 1, 2008.
There are several ways to access the scholarship directory:

Visit
http://wwwfac.worcester.edu/finaid/scholarships.htm and print out the
pages you need!

Pick one up in the Financial Aid Office (LRC), Academic
Advising Office (Gym Building), and the Registrar’s Office (Gym Building).
To be eligible for consideration, students must complete an application
and individual essay for each scholarship they apply for, and in most cases,
full-time attendance unless otherwise specified. Scholarships that are
awarded for full tuition are limited to the value of in-state tuition for
state-supported credits.
WSC’s academic scholarships are entirely the result of private funding
from generous individuals and organizations, facilitated by the Office of
Institutional Advancement, and awarded after careful review by the
Scholarship Committee. Last year, 171 scholarships totaling $436,000 were
awarded to 221 students.
