Acquisitions Non-print Media Request Form

 

  • One Request is allowed per form - non-print media requests only - VHS/CD/DVD

  • If you have a journal subscription, please contact the Library Director dhochstetler@worcster.edu

  • There is a limit of no more than five (5) online requests that can be submitted in a one week period.
