classes.

Q
What if I already have a WSC

A
If you already have a WSC username
and password you will only notice a couple of differences. Your username will
remain the same, but you may notice a difference in your password. Your
current user information will work with LancerMail, but you will need to use
your new information to access Blackboard and LancerWeb. Your old Blackboard
and LancerWeb accounts will no longer work.
Q
What do I do if I don’t receive a
username and password before classes start?
A
You will need to go to the
Information Technologies help desk and request them. In order to have a
username and password assigned to you, you will need a valid student ID or
a current schedule and a photo ID. The IT help desk is located in LRC-312 and
is open M-F 8:30am-4:30pm.
Q
I requested a username and
password; how long will it take to have one assigned to me?
A
In most cases, we will be able to
give you your username and password immediately, but it will take 24 hours,
during normal business days, to activate them.
Q
Does my username and password ever
expire?
A
To keep your username and password
active you need to log into the WSC email system (LancerMail) at least once
every 6 months. If you username and password are inactive for longer than 6
months they will be temporally disabled and you will need to contact
Information Technologies to have them reactivated.
