was that it mistook anarchy for liberty."

Associate Professor Frank S. Minasian, Chairman

A.B.      Clark University
M.A.T. Assumption college

I became a member of the Worcester State College faculty in 1968.  I taught at Wachusett Regional High School before I came to Worcester State.  My major field of interest in Political Science is comparative political systems and the American legislative process.

I was a cofounder of the Faculty Union in 1970.  It has since become a chapter of the Massachusetts State College Association.  I have served as an officer in the union until 2004, and I am currently vice-president of the MSCA.  I am proud of being a faculty advocate.  I have been part of countless contract negotiations; a small but typical item in the contract is our right to attend the funeral of colleagues on college time.
