Worcester State College offers major degree programs in the
Natural Sciences and Geography and Earth Science disciplines. The
Physics discipline is offered as a minor degree program that can be used
in conjunction with another degree program or as preparation for
graduate study.
The Department of Physical and Earth Science is
comprised of eight faculty and is located in Worcester State College’s
Kaylan Ghosh Science and Technology Center. The Science Center is a
recent addition to the college campus and provides state of the art labs
and research technology. The faculty of the Physical and Earth Science
department are committed to a comfortable learning environment that
combines modern technology and quality instruction.
