Benefits of Working with the Center
for Business and Industry at Worcester State College |
| |
|
Performance Improvement |
| All training
programs delivered by the Center for Business and Industry provide skill practice in current job responsibilities and issues.
Lecture and discussion of theory are limited to information directly
related to skill acquisition. All workshops are created to include
exercises, job aids, and tools that improve job skills
immediately. |
| |
|
Focused Training |
| A wide variety
of training programs are available to develop or improve the skills of
analysts, supervisors, managers, project managers, web designers, healthcare
professionals, bookkeepers, nurses, programmers, and other individual contributors. When a
conventionally facilitated training
program does not meet your needs, the Center will customize existing programs,
or we will create an entirely new training program designed specifically
for your organization. |

in any workshop or complete certificate program. Most
