As an adjunct facilitator of the New York-based Holt Learning company,
Ilana delivers business writing and performance management programs for
clients in the Northeast and mentors online business writing programs
for global clients. She is an associate of Communication Management,
Inc. in
Eastham, Massachusetts, for whose clients she facilitates professional
business writing and courses and provides one-on-one coaching. Ilana is
a part-time instructor for the Workforce Development Center at Bunker
Hill Community College
and the Center for Business and Industry at
Bristol
Community College.
She is also a faculty member of the American Society for Training and
Development Massachusetts Chapter's Train-the-Trainer Program for which
she designed and delivers the instructional design component.
Ilana holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from
Lesley University. Her professional affiliations include the Society of
Professional Consultants and the national and
Massachusetts
chapters of the American Society for Training and Development.
