The accelerating pace of constant change in the workplace
has required leaders to assume the role of trainer as well as manager.
Through upgrading the skills and knowledge of our employees we can
achieve the continuous improvement that we seek to support the growth of our
enterprise. Training the 21st Century Workforce, a four-day program packed
with practical information and hands-on activities, will demonstrate the
critical techniques that must be mastered to become an effective trainer.
