|
General
Information |
| Project
Management Workshops provide a comprehensive training experience that
meet the needs of both aspiring and experienced project managers.
Companies who experience a high level of project
re-work, project
cancellation or projects which fail to meet
scope, schedule, and budget guidelines, should consider one or more of these
workshops customized to meet the specific needs of your organization.
The Project Management Certificate requires ten days of training, while
twelve days are recommended to include preparation for the Project
Management Professional (PMP) certification exam.
Each workshop in the Project Management
Certificate Program actively engages and
challenges participants. content is based upon the Project Management
Institute's (PMI) body of knowledge (PMBOK), as is PMI's certification
examination. Participants use “real” projects from their workplace to
demonstrate the knowledge and principles of project management.
To register for a Project Management
workshop, call Telese Forbes at (508) 929-8031.
"PMI®," "PMP®," and "PMBOK®," are
registered marks of the Project Management Institute, Inc.

Best Practices - Half Day |
|
Every project is an investment. Is your
organization working on the right projects? Do all of your
organization's projects support the Strategic Direction? Are there
processes in place to ensure that the project portfolio is managed
efficiently? Do
you have Project Management Best Practices in place? Do you know your
organization's capabilities?
In this Executive Overview, these and
many other questions will be discussed. In addition, you will learn
about the six steps necessary to use the OMP3 model to improve project,
program, and portfolio management as well as the five-step process
necessary to assess your organization's project management maturity, and
to optimize your project investments. |
