|
Tom Belanger is a Project Management
Professional (PMP) and has worked with management at
all levels to provide consultation and training in managing customers,
projects, people, finance and change. Tom has worked with project teams
in various business functions and industries to plan and manage hundreds
of projects in R&D, development, engineering, facilities engineering,
information technology, manufacturing, marketing and distribution.
He is the author of The Complete Planning
Guide for Microsoft Project, published by Butterworth Heinemann in
1996, and How to Plan Any Project, 2nd Edition, in 1995 which was
on the PMI best seller list for seven years. In 1995, the American
Management Association published his Successful Project Management, and
he contributed a chapter entitled “Choosing a Project Life Cycle” to
The Field guide to Project Management, edited by David I Cleland.

| Bill Duncan |
|
Bill Duncan is a principal in Project Management Partners, a project
management consulting and training firm headquartered in Lexington, MA,
USA. He is the former Director of Standards for the Project Management
Institute and a certified Project Management Professional.
Mr. Duncan has nearly thirty years of management and consulting experience
including five years with a major international consulting firm. He was
the primary author of the 1994 and 1996 versions of A Guide to the
Project Management Body of Knowledge. His contributions to that
document, the most widely used project management standard in the world,
continue to form the foundation for the 2000 version. In addition, his
"process model" of project management was used to organize ISO 10006,
Guidelines for quality in project management.
He has worked with numerous clients in North America and Europe to improve
the performance of their project managers and project teams. Major
clients include Camp Dresser & McKee, Context Integration, Entergy
Corporation, First Data Resources, Investors Group, Liberty Mutual
Insurance, Manitoba Telephone, Polaroid, Schlumberger, Sybase, and Texas
Instruments. |

| Joe Turner |

Joe is the Principal of
Turner Consulting. He provides world-class training and
consulting to organizations that must develop core competencies in
project management. His business emphasis focuses on improving
profitability and competitive advantage.
Joe has over 25 years
of business and leadership experience ranging from corporate budget
management at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts to providing
individual and team consulting on project and business plans for all
corporate functions. His educational background includes the Virginia
Military Institute and Boston University. He is an active member of
the Project Management Institute. |

| Linda F. Desmond |

Ms. Desmond is a Project Management
Professional with over 20 years of experience managing both hardware and
software for a highly successful telecommunication optical networking
product. Most recently at Bell Laboratories she championed, developed
and taught classes in total quality management, quality information
process, code inspections and facilitations skills. She is experienced
in all phases of software development from product design, schedule
development, contract team management, deployment and maintenance phases
of concurrent and multi-location project initiatives. |
