Aristotle once said “a project well
begun is half done.” This workshop will help participants to manage the
other half of the project process—execution, control and closeout.
Executing and controlling a project begins with a communication plan to
serve as the circulatory system for the project. A committed project
manager and team at the heart of the system keep the project alive as
they keep the information flowing.
In this workshop, participants will
identify their most common communication style, develop a communication
cycle for a current project, and establish various performance measures.
They will also examine various reviews, meetings, and reports that can
be used as tools to monitor and control quality, schedule, and costs.
