Daniel W.
Pelley, BSBA, MBA, is the Managing Director of Dan Pelley
Educational Services, a management development firm, and a
director of Teambuilders, a company dedicated to implementing
Participative Management and other Total Quality Management
concepts in both for-profit and non-profit environments. He is
an Adjunct Lecturer at Bryant College and developed Bryant's
evening certificate program in supervisory management. He is
recognized as one of the leading presenters in his field. |

During the past
twelve years, Dan has sharpened the skills of over 5,000
managers and line workers in industries including manufacturing,
service, medical, wholesale, retail, high technology, domestic
and international. Most recently, Dan has been working with line
workers and management at all levels to apply team building and
participative management concepts in a practical and effective
way. His clients include Texas Instruments, BIC Corporation,
Intel, Northeast Public Power Association, Diocesan Health Care
Facilities, Virgin Atlantic Airways, and Textron. |

Prior to
forming his own company in 1990, Dan was Vice President of
Klitzner Industries, a jewelry manufacturing company. His
responsibilities included cost accounting, data processing,
jewelry design, advertising, customer service, quality control
and special projects. Prior to joining Klitzner, Dan was Vice
President of ASA Incorporated where he provided consulting
services to companies such as Digital Equipment Corporation, The
Boston Museum of Fine Arts, Purity Supreme Supermarkets,
Commodore Foods, and American Flexible Conduit Company. |

Dan brings a
unique perspective to the fields of employee and staff
development. He has over 10 years experience as a line manager,
and another 10 years in management consulting combined with 14
years experience in providing management development training
programs. He has been a line worker in a machine shop and served
on the Board of Directors of the publicly held ASA Incorporated
for more than seven years. He spent two years in the U.S. Army
enlisted ranks, and later obtained an MBA degree "with honors"
from Northeastern University. In short, Dan's background and
experiences allow him to relate well to all levels of an
organization. |

| In addition
to his primary affiliation with Bryant College, Dan is a member
of the adjunct faculties at five other schools. He is also an
instructor in the AMA Extension Institute where his courses
include "Building the High Performance Work Team." He is a past
director of the World Trade Club of Rhode Island, and served on
the executive committee of the Providence Postal Customer
