Test Development for Quality Results

16 hours

To ensure quality in systems and software, business analysts must design and conduct appropriate tests at specific intervals. Customer needs must be met or exceeded. To ensure successful testing and customer satisfaction, business analysts must be able to write effective test plans and specifications, including test procedures and test cases. They must play a role in various tests, including stress tests, regression tests and other tests as necessary.

In this workshop, participants will create test documents and checklists that can be used to guide their testing activities.  They will develop metrics to measure the quality of software and their testing and to provide management reporting.

They will use sample requirements to collaborate with others to prepare key portions of test documents.
