The success of every
organization is determined by the success with which it plans and
manages programs and projects. Strategic objectives may include the
development of new markets, products or services, or establishing a
presence in another country. The project plan is the device for
achieving strategic objectives that meet customer needs, coordinate
specific efforts by employees and make necessary changes in processes.
In this hands-on workshop, you will increase
your awareness and competency levels in project planning, monitoring and
control. Specific skills to be developed include creating and
maintaining successful project teams and developing an initial project
plan. All training materials are developed in conformance with PMI’s
Project Management Body of Knowledge®. Automated planning tools are also
discussed as productivity enhancers in planning, reporting and
monitoring progress. |
