To operate in an
environment that is changing rapidly, one must learn to deal with issues
and problems coming at you from many directions. Some require immediate
attention and resolution, while others may require extensive analysis
prior to resolution. Many have long-term implications and ramifications.
All require working with people for resolution. What is needed is a
repeatable process that is flexible enough to be applied to a broad
range of problems.
In this workshop, participants will learn to
use a logical process to convert symptoms into successful resolution of
customer, team collaboration, elicitation and other problems. You will
learn to use creativity to identify options for the resolution of
current problems. In addition, you will learn to collaborate with others
to analyze problems, implement solutions, evaluate results, and prevent
similar problems in the future. |
