Make sure you have filled out all forms
with the Graduate Office.

Check the Graduation Board outside of the
Graduate office.
After receiving all forms, and you are
cleared through the Graduate Office, your name will appear on
the board, with the next posting. If your name does not appear,
please check with the Graduate Office.
Report any errors or corrections affecting
how your name will appear on your diploma.
Your name will appear on your diploma
exactly as it appears on the Graduation Board. Changes and
corrections should be reported to the Graduate Office.
Commencement invitations will be placed in
your cap and gown package.
Invitations are limited to five per
graduate. Invitations are not necessary the day of
Commencement, they are provided more as a keepsake. The DCU
Center doors will be open at 11:00 A.M. Seating in the main
hall will begin, once all individuals needing assistance are
seated.
If you
have not received your cap and gown form, they are available in the
Graduate Office.
The Graduate & Continuing Education Office
is open Monday-Thursday 9:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. and Friday 9:00
A.M. to 12:00 P.M.
To avoid confusion, decide on a
predetermined site where you will meet family and guests after the
Commencement ceremony.
