Investigating Graduate/Professional Schools and Finding Helpful Resources The decision to pursue a degree beyond your bachelors can be an exciting and challenging one. We recommend that you discuss your plans with your Career Counselor, faculty, and professionals working in the field to which you aspire. Faculty can be particularly helpful in recommending specific schools and programs. This is also a great opportunity for you to become more familiar with your professors, who may then write recommendations for you. As you begin to explore programs, you may find the following sites helpful:
Practice GRE exams with Kaplan
Most graduate and professional programs require that you take a test as
part of the application process. Career Services has registration
booklets for the Graduate Record Exam (GRE), the Miller Analogies Test
(MAT), the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT), and the Law School
Admissions Test (LSAT). You can also schedule a time to take
the Miller Analogies Test (MAT) through the Career Services Office.
