Forest Wilber Named MASCAC Runner of the Week

Worcester State cross country runner Forest Wilber (Barre, MA) earned the first MASCAC Runner of the Week honor of the season after winning the Fitchburg Invitational with a time of 24:52 last Saturday at Cogshill Park.

Wilber outpaced the field by over a minute as the Lancer men won the initial meet of the year.  The time is one of the fastest in meet history as well as the fastest time ever posted by a Worcester State runner on the Fitchburg State course.
