Directions to Lake Park -
Tivnan Field in Worcester

From East: Take Mass. Pike to Millbury Exit.  Take Left onto Rt. 122 (towards Worcester-this is Grafton St.).  Go 1 mile-Take Right onto Rt. 20 (towards Shrewsbury).  At lights take Left (this is Sunderland Rd.).  Go 100 yards-take first Right (this is Lake Ave.).  Go 3-4 miles (Lake Quinsigamond on right)-field on left.  Take first left into driveway or go past field, take left, go up hill, and turn left into park.  Park buses in driveway across street from field at top of hill.  Drop team off first. From West: Take Mass. Pike to Auburn Exit.  After toll, bear left at both forks - make sure you go towards Worcester.  Go on Rt. 290 through Auburn and Worcester.  Take Rt. 9 Exit (this is Belmont St.).  Take Right at lights.  Go 4-5 miles on this road.  Make sure you pass by UMass Medical Center (on left).  Once descending down hill take right at Mr. Tux (this is Lake Ave.).  Do not cross over bridge.  Go 2 miles - field on right.  Take right before field, up hill, then first left.  Buses should park in driveway across street from field at top of hill. Notes: baseball field is across street from Lake Park; ¼ mile from Lake Ave. Skating Rink; Lake Ave. runs along Lake Quinsigamond.

Directions to Foley Stadium in Worcester

From East and West: Take Interstate 90 (Mass. Pike) to Exit 10 (Auburn).  At exit ramp take Interstate 290 and exit at Exit 13 (Vernon Street).  Follow Rt. 122N (Chandler Street) for approximately 3.5 miles.  After intersection of Park Ave. stadium is on right side.  Park bus/vehicle in parking on left side of street.  Entrance between stadium and houses.  Field is behind the stadium.  From Providence: Take Rt. 146.  At Worcester line connect with Rt. 122A for about 4 miles to I-290.  Take exit 13 (Vernon St.).  Follow Rt. 122N (Chandler St.) for 3.5 miles.  At intersection of Park Ave. stadium is on right side.  Use parking lot on left side of street.  Walk across street to entrance between the stadium and adjacent houses.  Field is behind the stadium.

Directions to Bancroft School

From East and West on I-290: Take Exit 19 (marked Holden, Fitchburg, I-190, Rt. 12).  The next sign you will see is Exit 1- Gold Star Blvd.  Take Exit 1.  At the bottom of exit ramp you will enter Rt. 12 North.  You must cross over immediately to the far left lane and then take the first left (across road to I-190).  Next, take the immediate right fork to Norton Drive.  Turn left at the traffic lights onto Shore Dr. Bancroft School is the second bld. on the right (just after Greendale YMCA – borders Indian Lake).  Park on front driveway or in parking lot beyond school. Baseball field is next to soccer field.

From the North on Rt. I-190: Take Exit 2 (Ararat St.).  After going straight through first set of lights, follow  sign for Shore Dr.  At second set of lights, turn right.  Bancroft School is the second bld. on the right (after YMCA).  Park on front driveway or in parking lot beyond the school.   

From Mass. Pike: From West: Take Exit 10 (Auburn). After tolls, bear left & get onto I-290 East to Worcester. Use directions above from I-290. From East: Take Exit 11-A marked Rt. 495 North (toward Marlboro). Take I-290 West toward Worcester. Use directions above from I-290.

Directions to Baseball Fields for All Opponents - From Worcester

Albertus Magnus: Campus – Take Mass. Pike to 84 to 91 South. In New Haven, take Exit 3 off 91 South (Trumbell St.). At end of ramp, go straight until you can’t go straight any more. At 4^th light go right on Prospect St. 6-7 lights down, at corner of Prospect and Hunington, streets go left. Take 2^nd driveway on right to park for gym.

To Brandeis: Mass. Pike to Exit 14, Rt. 128-North. Take exit 24, Rt. 30 (never really get on Rt. 128). Go left at end of ramp, at 1st light go right, gym/field is on the right about a mile down road.

To Babson: Go Mass. Pike East to Exit 14 (I-95/Rt. 128). After tolls follow signs to Rt. 95/128 South. Then take Exit 20-B (Rt. 9 West) and continue for 1.9 miles on Rt. 9 to Rt. 16. Turn left onto Rt. 16 West (Washington St.). Follow Rt. 16 West for 0.6 miles to Forest St. Turn left onto Forest St. and follow for 1.2 miles to Babson College. Continue past main entrance (on right) and go to stop sign. Turn right. Go to stop light. Turn right onto Great Plain Ave./135. Drive to baseball field entrance on right-also Olin School of Engineering entrance. Note: field is at back of campus. You must go around campus to get to field.

Bridgewater State: From the West-Follow Mass. Pike (Rt. 90) to Rt. 495 South to Exit 7A (Rt. 24 North). Once on Rt. 24, take Exit 15 (First Exit). Take 104 East to stop sign (3 miles) turn left. Proceed to rotary. Take first right (Rt. 18/28 South). Take first left (Grove St.). Baseball field next to football field. Park in main lot. Bathrooms next to field.

Clark: From WSC-Take right out of security booth. Go thru first set of lights. Take next right and go up hill. Follow road to end. Go straight across (Friendly’s on right). Field on right. Park along street near tennis courts. Bathrooms at field.

Endicott: Mass. Pike to Rt. 128-North. Rt. 128 North to Exit 17 (Grapevine Rd.). Take right off ramp. Follow about 1 mile, go past Chapman’s Greenhouse. Take right at cemetery onto Haskell St. to end. Take right onto Hale St. College is 1 mile on right. Baseball field at far end of campus. Park and then walk up to field. Bathrooms in student center.

Fitchburg State: From Worcester-Elliot Field (off-campus). Take Rt. 290 to Rt. 190 to Rt. 2 to Rt. 13 Exit. Follow Rt. 13 North (towards Lunenburg) to Rt. 2-A (about 4 mi.). Then take a left towards Fitchburg. At intersection of 2-A and John Fitch Highway (about 1.2 mi.), turn right. Pass thru set blinking lights and go thru next set of lights. Pass Wallace Civic Ctr. (gold dome on right). Take left at blinking yellow light (Pearl Hill Rd.). Diamond on right-next to football field. Bathrooms unknown.

Framingham State: Bowditch Field (off-campus). Follow Rt. 9 East to “Edgell Rd.-Main St.-Framingham” off ramp. Do not take underpass. Take right at the lights onto Main St. Follow Main St. about 1/4 mi. which becomes Union Ave. Field is on left-off campus. No bathrooms at field.

Johnson & Wales: Campus – I-93 to I-95 South to RI. Take Exit 18 (Thurbers Ave.) At end of ramp, bear left, following road to light, veering right onto Allens Ave. Go 1.1 miles to Shell station. Go left after gas station onto Harborside Blvd., and continue 3/10 of mile to Shipyard St. Entrance to campus 500 feet on left.

Mass. Maritime: Take Rt. 495 South (turns into Rt. 25). Take the 2nd Buzzards Bay exit to the Buzzards Bay Rotary. Follow MMA signs. At first set of lights, 1 mi. from rotary, take a left onto Academy Drive. Campus Field on right. Bathrooms in athletic center.

Mass. College (No. Adams State): Joe Wolfe Field (off-campus)-Mass. Pike to Exit 4 (Rt. 91 North-towards Greenfield). Exit 26 (Rt. 2). Take Rt. 2 to Rt. 8 South. Go to center of town. Field on left. Note: confirm on- vs. off-campus field. Bathrooms not known.

MIT: From Worcester-Take Mass. Pike East. Take Allston-Brighton Exit. Stay to the right and take first quick exit – go by the hotel on your right. Go over the Charles River. Take a right onto Memorial Drive. Go 1-2 miles. Stay in the left lane and go up over a bridge (river on your right). After BU Boathouse (on right), take a left before or at the traffic light. Go 1 mile – field on right (next to the track). Park across street in specified lot. Be aware of tow areas. Bathrooms in athletic center.

Nichols: From Worcester-Take I-290 West to I-395 South. Take Exit 2 (Webster). Turn right at end of ramp. Go thru 2 sets of lights, at 3rd light bear left, at Rt. 197). Continue on Rt. 197 and take first right after Cumberland Farms onto Airport Rd. and follow to Nichols Golf Course. Bear right at golf course and follow to 4 corners. Turn left to get to center of campus. Baseball field at bottom on hill—adjacent to football field. Park on side of road. Bathrooms in gym.

Rhode Island College: Take Rt. 146 South to 95 South - Exit 22. Take Rt. 6 West and Rt. 10-bear right (signs says Downtown. Pleasant Valley Parkway Exit). Go through 3 red lights-turn left at 4th light, will be Challkstone Ave. Go up avenue to 3rd light (Mt. Pleasant Ave.) and take right. Entrance on left after high school. 2nd right around back, pass campus tennis courts and track. Field on right. Park vans away from field to avoid foul balls. Bathrooms in gym.

Roger Williams: From Worcester-Take Rt. 95 to Rt. 195-East. Take Newport/Warren Exit (Mass. #2). Bear right and follow Rt. 136 South to campus just before Mt. Hope Bridge. Park in lot next to field. Bathrooms in gym.

Salem State: Palmer Cove Field. Take 128-N to Exit 25-E (sign says 114-Salem/Marlbehead). Follow 114-E for 2 miles. Take 2nd left after the upclimb. Follow 114-E. After left hand turn, bear right at traffic lights. Then bear left at 2nd set of lights (get in left hand lane) and then bear right. Stay on 114-E for 1.8 mi. and take left onto Leavitt St. (Berube’s Funeral Home-small sign there). Field (city park) at end of street; adjacent to ocean bay. Park in lot. No bathrooms at field.

Salve Regina:  Go 146 to Providence where it joins Rt. 95 South. Get into left lane to pick up Rt. 195 East, Newport-Fall River. On the far side of Fall River pick up Rt. 24 South. Stay on Rt. 24 to Aquidneck Island. Take Rt. 138 South. Follow signs to Newport. Coming over Newport Bridge, take 1^st exit, Scenic Newport. At 2^nd light, bear right. At 7^th set of lights, be in left hand lane and go up hill; this is Memorial Blvd. At 2^nd light, take right onto Bellevue Ave. At the light, take left onto Narragansett Ave. Take 1^st right onto Ochre Point Ave. Field is on campus.

To Springfield: Mass. Pike to Exit 6. Take left at light. Follow to Exit 5 (Indian Orchard). Off ramp get in left lane and take left at light. Follow 3 mi. take right at Alden St. Baseball field ½ mi. on right behind library.

UMass-Boston: Field at BC High. Take Mass. Pike to end. Southeast Expressway (Rt. 93). To Exit 15 - sign will say Columbia Rd.; JFK Library. Take left at stop sign. Move into rotary, bear to first right, down to Morrissey Blvd. Go past Boston Globe. Entrance to BC High on left. Park vans behind h.s. and walk past track to get to field. Bathrooms unknown.

Wareham H.S.: Go Rt. 495 South to Wareham Exit. Wareham is a double exit. First exit takes you to Rt. 195 and you go right off again to stop sign. Turn left following directions. Follow hospital signs to 2^nd set of lights (Rt. 6). Turn right. H.S. is a very short distance up on the left side behind the Town Hall. Signs are on further corner of Town Hall lawn. We are the 2^nd school behind the town hall. Field in back. Notes: on the way in if signs say East, it’s OK. On Rt. 24, you’re heading for Brockton, and on Rt. 495 you’re heading towards the Cape or Middleboro.

WNEC: From the East-Leave Mass. Pike at Exit 7. Turn left onto Rt. 21 and travel south to bridge over Chicopee River. Go straight for 3.2 mi. and take right onto Wilbraham Rd. (Rt. 21). Travel 1.2 mi. to round dorms and take left right after dorms. Baseball field is in far back of campus. Bathrooms unknown.

Westfield State: Take Mass. Pike to Westfield Exit 3. Take right at end of ramp. Follow signs through center of town (go over bridge) about 4-5 mi. At rotary take first right (Western Ave.). College is on right. Baseball field, next to football and softball, is after fire station on right. No real signs so be ready to turn in. Outdoor bathroom facilities.

Worcester State (campus only): From East and West-take interstate 90 (Mass. Pike) to Exit 10 (Auburn). At exit ramp take I-290 and take Exit 13 (Vernon St.). Follow Rt. 122N (Chandler St.) for 5 miles - college entrance on right.

WPI: Field is along Park Ave. in Worcester. Park cars in upper lot. Bathrooms in athletic complex.
